2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations
- Products that have been used or damaged (not due to quality issues).
- Returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong purchase).
- Slight packaging damage caused by shipping that does not affect product use.
3. Return & Exchange Process

- Approval: We will review your request within 3 business days and provide further instructions.
- Return the Product: Please send the product back to the address provided by our customer service. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a quality issue, in which case we will cover the shipping cost).
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and confirm the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
